Currently, Caroline is dedicated to developing a collection of work comprising abstract watercolor, oil, and mixed media pieces. She embraces the unique properties of each chosen medium and surface, translating observations from nature into atmospheric abstractions.

"Sketching and painting outdoors provides inspiration, movement, and a starting place for my compositions. I am fascinated by the changing light and contrast."

Her color palette, characterized by luminous blues and greens, instills a sense of calmness in her works, immersing the viewer in her paintings. The colors, forms, themes, and texture of her work are influenced by her time living in Denmark and traveling throughout Scandinavia.

"My process for creating artwork is continuously evolving."

Caroline's work possesses an elusive abstract quality, with an everchanging landscape that invites viewers to discover their own interpretations and storylines.
