Artist Biography / Artist Statement

Anamarija Matić is a Croatian abstract artist working at the intersection of architecture and material abstraction. Originally trained and active as an interior designer, she incorporates construction tools into her artistic process, translating architectural methods into layered abstract compositions. Her work investigates structure, disruption, and reconstruction through textured surfaces and geometric interventions. She has exhibited internationally, including in Venice, Milan, and Rome.
