Artist Biography / Artist Statement:

The theme of “past & present” is central to the Antiquity Today series. Academia and self-guided discovery through art history instilled in me a profound respect for classical art and its reimagination in the modern context. This series is a shrine, born of the narratives that surround these classic works and is a reflection of my own curation and fascination with these stories. By infusing them with bold and brash colors and dynamic energy, I aim to impart a feeling of both timeless and contemporary.
