Art Vancouver, Western Canada’s most prestigious art fair is back this year at the Vancouver Convention Center. Featuring an array of reputable galleries and artists from Canada and around the world, exhibitors will be showcasing their artwork during the event which will also be filled with additional activities such as an art fashion show, live art competitions, speaker panels and more. Present and sell your artwork to visitors and buyers from the globally connected city of Vancouver. One of the fastest growing cultural hubs in North America, the beautiful city of Vancouver, with its scenic setting, mild climate, and friendly people, is recognized as one of the most popular destinations in the world

TWO OPTIONS TO PARTICIPATE:

Option #1: Participate with Original Artwork (What is included)

• Exhibit one or more artworks at the Vancouver Art Expo on May 5 to May 8

• Your artwork will gain exposure to over 100,000 buyers, collectors and art lovers

• You and/or your artwork will appear on our Instagram profile. The social media promotion will be aimed at introducing you and your artwork to collectors, art buyers and the art community such as galleries, interior designers, art fairs, book and magazine publishers.

• You and your artwork will get online promotion. Artwork will be posted on artiogallery.com for 1 month before and after the show if you are not already represented by Artio Gallery

• Publication of a artwork in a full color page in the official catalogue and short biography in the official catalogue of the event

• Promotional Brochure of Participants – Your artwork, bio & contact info will be distributed to attendees  

• Unpacking & Installation for event & packing for the return of unsold artwork 

• Reception Video & Photos - A professional video and photos of the opening reception for your Collective Exhibition will be published on our website and social media and shared with you. 

• Any artwork sold at the even will go 100% to you, 0% commission taken by the gallery

• If you plan to attend, you will receive 2 free tickets to the Expo for the opening night

Please note: You are responsible for all arrangements and costs pertaining to the Shipping/Delivery/Pickup/Customs/Stretching/Framing.

Maximum size 80X80 cm or 32X32 inch.

• 1 Artwork - $400 USD

• 2 Artworks - $600 USD

Option #2 Participate Digitally (What is included)

• If you can’t make it in person or want to save on shipping costs, you can participate virtually. Add Artio Gallery & Vancouver Art Expo to your resume without having to ship or attend the event. 

• Your art will be rotated on our Gallery Monitor throughout the whole 3 day event.

• You can choose a maximum of 4 artworks that will be exhibited for Digitally Represented artists. 

• Exposure to over 100,000 buyers, collectors and art lovers

• Your artwork will be posted on our Instagram feed and story. The social media promotion will be aimed at introducing you and your artwork to collectors, new art buyers and the art community such as galleries, designers, art fairs, book and magazine publishers.

• Online Promotion – Artwork will be posted on artiogallery.com for 1 month before and after the show if you are not already represented by Artio Gallery

• Digital Catalog will be sent to you  

• Reception Video & Photos - A professional video and photos of the opening reception for your Collective Exhibition will be published on our website and social media and shared with you.
