Artist Biography / Artist Statement:

In my artistic practice, I dedicate myself to oil painting, with the aim of conveying emotions through the power of color. My focus is on female identity and self-perception, as well as the topic of endometriosis, which I strive to make visible in my work in order to raise awareness and give those affected a voice.

I have begun to experiment with the balance between detail and abstraction—exploring how much of a portrait actually needs to be painted in order to capture the essence and expression of the person. My aim is to build a bridge between the visible and the invisible, encouraging the viewer to look beyond the obvious. I strive to create a universal language of emotions that finds resonance in each of us.
