Artist Biography / Artist Statement

I am a Venezuelan artist whose practice explores the intersection of surrealism, realism, cultural identity, memory, and imagination. I studied Graphic Design and Visual Arts and developed a multidisciplinary background in painting, drawing, photography, and digital illustration. I also played the violin in a symphonic orchestra.

I am currently continuing my training at the Barcelona Academy of Art, where I study drawing and painting.

My work combines the precision of academic realism with the freedom and wonder of surrealism. I create dreamlike worlds where familiar objects, landscapes, cultural symbols, and historical references take on new meanings.

Much of my work is rooted in my own journey between cultures. I explore identity, immigration, transformation, and the relationship between memory and nostalgia.
