Joanna Kucia is a surreal collage artist. She was born in Czestochowa, Poland, and currently, she lives and works in the UK. 

As a child, she loved the story telling, and photography opened a new world for Joanna, allowing her to express her dreams and emotions. Over the years devoted to photography, she focused mainly on surreal photo manipulation and collages. Through her works Joanna seeks to create moods, anecdotes, and universal symbols that move the viewer, encouraging reflection and positive emotions. She uses digital processing and old photos as well floral motives for her works. Her creations are not only a window to another World but also a mirror of her dreams, fears and experiences. Hence, the surreal World is very close to her heart. 

Joanna has published in Photographize Magazine twice as there “Best Selected Artist”, Paris Collage Collective publication “Surrealist Dreams 2021.” She has been selected also by Photographize as one of them “Featured Artist”. She has exhibited in New York, Italy, Spain and all the World.
