Artist Biography / Artist Statement:

Fabian Lavater (34) is a Swiss artist and illustrator based in Basel, Switzerland. His passion for art began early—he has been drawing ever since he could hold a pen. Initially facing rejection from art school, Fabian pursued a master’s degree in Sustainable Development, a subject that continues to influence and inspire his artwork today.

Sharing his love for the ocean, nature, and surfing through his art on social media soon evolved into a full-fledged career. Today, Fabian's work is sold around the world, he has collaborated with international brands, and his art is exhibited in galleries across the globe.
