Negin Daneshvar-Malevergne

Artist Biography / Artist Statement
Negin Daneshvar-Malevergne is a French visual artist specialising in photography, born in Iran into a family of writers, doctors, and painters. In conjunction with her extensive university studies in comparative literature and obtaining a doctorate in Humanities at the Sorbonne Paris IV, she became interested in photography. She followed courses at the American School and later at the Jean Verdier Center. Her photographs reflect, in particular, her questions on man's place in a world in crisis and plagued by multiple disorders.
