Reza Sedghi
Artist Biography / Artist Statement:
Reza Sedghi (b. 1993, Tehran) is a sculptor and 3D artist whose work explores morality, mythology, and transformation. Drawing from classical aesthetics and modern themes, he examines the fragility of human ideals, the tension between ambition and decay, and the collapse of moral progress.
Beginning his career in animation and 3D printing, Reza transitioned to fine art to express deeper philosophical and social ideas. His work has been exhibited internationally, earning the Lorenzo Il Magnifico Special Commendation at the Florence Biennale. His sculptures have been displayed at NY-ARTWALK in Times Square and are permanently installed at the RFK Foundation–Italia.
Through The State of Decay, Reza critiques humanity’s moral stagnation. In a world consumed by war, suffering, and apathy, his sculptures serve as a call to action before hope is lost.
