Artist Biography:

Roma is a Trinidadian-born artist currently based in London. She creates abstract, contemporary paintings using mixed media and resin.

Fascinated by the chemical reactions of organic compounds found in nature, Roma has spent the past two years experimenting with pigments, mediums, and catalysts to replicate these molecular processes on canvas.

Her work draws inspiration from the evolution of our societal consciousness, exploring themes such as politics, religion, diversity, mental health, and our responsibility to the natural world.
