Artist Biography
Shubhi Gupta, born in 1981 in India, is a contemporary oil painter based in Singapore. A Fine Arts graduate from Lasalle College of the Arts, she won the Clifton Art Prize People’s Choice Award (Singapore, 2017) and was a finalist for the Signature Art Prize, London (2018/19). Her work was exhibited at the Chelsea International Fine Art Competition (2021), and she received the “Collector’s Vision International Art Award” from Contemporary Art Curator Magazine. Her paintings are held in private collections across the Netherlands, Singapore, and the USA and have been acquired by Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong and India.

Her oil paintings capture intimate, everyday moments in still life and portraiture, inviting emotional connection. They transcend cultural boundaries, resonating with universal human experiences through quiet familiarity and reflective self-recognition.
