Nested on an artificial island inside the Isar River, Praterinsel was build in 1810 to work as an amusement park such as the Prater in Vienna (Austria). 60 years later it became a famous distillery. Since 1988 Praterinsel is dedicated to art and culture to host various events, exhibitions and artist studios.
