Svitlana Kyrlyk

Artist Biography / Artist Statement
Svitlana Kyrlyk was born in 1974 in Transcarpathia, Ukraine.
1988–1993 – Studied at the Uzhhorod Adalbert Erdeli College of Arts, Department of Ceramic Art
2007–2013 – Studied at the Transcarpathian Academy of Arts (painting-pedagogy)

Since 2008, after the birth of her fifth child, she actively began to engage in creative activities, realizing: either now or never. Since then, she has been a regular participant in regional, national, and international triennials, exhibitions, symposiums, and plein airs in painting.

Her works are part of the collection of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Ukraine, as well as private collections in the USA, Europe, Mexico, and Ukraine.

Since 2017, she has been a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.
