Artist Biography / Artist Statement

Nasim Parsa is a Sydney-based, Iranian-born artist whose work is influenced by her Persian heritage and culture. With over 25 years of experience, Nasim works with diverse mediums such as pencils, chalk, acrylic, oil, resin, cement texture effects, and paste, blending realism, modern, and abstract forms to create a unique artistic voice.

Her work serves as a bridge between traditional Persian and Mediterranean motifs and contemporary art, exploring themes of identity, history, spirituality, and human connection through vibrant colors, rich textures, and symbolic compositions.
